FAQ
Ordering, delivery, testing, storage and compliance, answered for Australian laboratories.
Ordering & payment
Add the vials you need to your cart, open the cart drawer and choose Proceed to Checkout. Enter your contact and delivery details, choose Standard or Express Post, select a payment method and place the order. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a dispatch email with tracking once the parcel is scanned by Australia Post. Guest checkout is available; an account simply lets you see past orders and certificates in one place.
We accept card payments, bank transfer and Bitcoin, with no surcharge on any of them. Bitcoin orders also ship free. Payment details are displayed on the order confirmation page and repeated in your confirmation email, with your order number as the reference to use.
Card and Bitcoin payments usually confirm within minutes and your order moves to processing automatically once we match the payment to your order number. Bank transfers can take up to one business day depending on your bank. If you paid more than 24 hours ago and have not received a “payment received” email, reply to your order confirmation with a screenshot of the transfer and we will locate it.
Yes. All prices on the site are in AUD and include GST. The GST component is shown separately in your cart and on your tax invoice, which is attached to your dispatch email.
Yes, up until the parcel is packed. Reply to your confirmation email or call us with the order number and the change you need: a different strength, added vials, corrected address. Once the parcel has been lodged with Australia Post we cannot recall it, and our Returns policy applies.
Yes. Orders of 10 or more vials of a single compound, or institutional accounts with recurring requirements, qualify for tiered pricing and a dedicated contact. Use the Product Request page with the quantity you need and we will send a quote within one business day.
Delivery & tracking
Orders confirmed before 2PM AEST on a business day are packed and lodged with Australia Post the same afternoon. Orders confirmed after the cut-off, on weekends or on Victorian public holidays leave on the next business day.
Standard Post is $12.99 and typically arrives in 3–7 business days. Express Post is $18.99 and typically arrives in 1–3 business days. Standard is free on orders over $300 and Express is free on orders over $400. Both services are fully tracked.
Yes, every state and territory, including regional and remote addresses served by Australia Post. Express Post next-business-day delivery applies within the Australia Post Express network; regional WA, NT and Tasmania can take a day or two longer on either service. We do not ship internationally.
Yes. Australia Post Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes and Parcel Collect locations all work with both Standard and Express Post. Enter the locker or box details as your street address at checkout exactly as Australia Post shows them.
Australia Post tracking can pause for a day or two between scans, particularly over weekends and in regional areas. If there has been no scan for three business days, or the parcel shows as delivered and you do not have it, contact us with your order number. We lodge the enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Yes. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for far longer than domestic transit, which is why every reputable supplier ships them this way. Vials leave our -20°C storage the day they are packed. Store them in your freezer on arrival.
Quality & certificates
Every batch is analysed by an independent laboratory using reverse-phase HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity. Selected batches are also tested for water content and endotoxin. The results are published as a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis in our COA Library and the batch number is printed on the vial.
Find the batch number on your vial label, then open the product page and the Certificate of Analysis tab, or use the search on the COA Library page. If the batch you received is older than the one currently listed, email us the batch number and we will send the matching certificate the same day.
It means the main peak on the HPLC chromatogram makes up at least 99% of the total peak area, measured at 214 or 220 nm. It describes how clean the peptide is, not the exact mass of peptide in the vial, which also depends on water and counter-ion content. Our COAs state the method so you can compare batches like for like.
Yes. A 5 or 10 mg lyophilised cake is very small and can look like a film or a few flakes at the bottom or on the wall of a 2 mL vial, particularly after transit. The stated quantity is confirmed by weight and analysis before release, not by how full the vial looks.
No. Our products are research-grade reference material supplied for in-vitro laboratory work. They are not manufactured or released as medicines, are not registered with the TGA, and must not be represented or used as therapeutic goods.
Reconstitution & storage
Unopened, at -20°C in the original box, protected from light and moisture. Short periods at 2–8°C are acceptable. Allow a cold vial to reach room temperature before removing the cap so condensation does not form on the powder.
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which suppresses microbial growth in a vial that is accessed more than once. It is the standard laboratory diluent for reconstituting lyophilised peptides and is sold separately in 3 mL and 10 mL vials. Some sequences dissolve better in 0.6% acetic acid; check the product documentation.
Equilibrate the vial to room temperature, swab the septum, and add the diluent slowly down the side of the vial rather than onto the powder. Swirl gently until clear and never shake. Record the volume added, the date and the resulting concentration on the vial label. We do not provide protocol or dosing guidance; the volume you choose depends on your assay.
Refrigerated at 2–8°C, most reconstituted peptides remain within specification for the period stated in the product documentation, typically up to four weeks. For longer studies, aliquot into single-use volumes and freeze at -20°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Cloudiness usually means the peptide has not fully dissolved or has aggregated. Common causes are adding diluent too quickly, shaking, using very cold diluent, or a hydrophobic sequence that needs a slightly acidic diluent. Let the vial stand, swirl gently and check again. If it does not clear, contact us with the batch number.
Products, stock & formats
Lyophilised powder in sealed, sterile 2 mL glass vials with a crimped cap. Each strength is a separate product with its own page, price and certificate, so the vial size you order is the vial size you receive. We do not sell pens, pre-filled syringes, capsules or oral formats.
Restock dates are shown on the product page when known. You can also submit the strength on our Product Request page and we will email you the moment it is available. Larger vial sizes of the same compound are usually in stock in the meantime.
Often, yes. Submit the compound, strength and quantity on the Product Request page. We reply within one to two business days with availability, lead time and pricing. New compounds are added to the catalogue once a batch has passed independent testing.
Yes. Blends such as BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, GLOW and KLOW are supplied as a single lyophilised vial with the component quantities listed on the product page and the certificate.
Research use & compliance
Researchers, laboratories and institutions in Australia who are 18 or older and purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research. At checkout you confirm your age and that the products will be used for research only. We may ask for details of your research setting and may decline orders at our discretion.
No. Nothing we sell is approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or any other regulator for human or veterinary use. Our products are Research Use Only and must not be consumed, injected or otherwise administered. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
No. We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol advice under any circumstances, because our products are not for human or animal use. Product pages summarise published laboratory research areas only.
Research-use materials may be supplied to researchers for laboratory purposes, but some compounds are also scheduled substances when intended for therapeutic use, and the law differs between states and territories. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm that their possession and intended use is lawful in their jurisdiction. Our Legal Disclaimer sets this out in full.
Returns & problems with an order
Because peptides are temperature-sensitive materials whose storage we cannot verify once they leave us, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch. If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match its certificate, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Photograph the outer packaging and the vials before discarding anything, then email us the photos with your order number within seven days. We respond within one business day and ship a replacement at our cost, or refund if you prefer.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the vial label. We will send the correct item by Express Post at our cost and arrange collection of the incorrect one where required.
