Our story

Built by people who read the certificate before the label

Aussie Peptide Co was founded in Melbourne with a simple observation: Australian laboratories were buying research peptides the way you buy a commodity, but using them the way you use a reference standard. Purity figures were quoted without methods, certificates could not be matched to vials, and material spent weeks in international freight before it ever reached a freezer.

We set out to build the supplier we wanted to buy from. One that treats the Certificate of Analysis as the product, holds stock at -20°C on Australian soil, dispatches the same day, and answers documentation questions with the file open. Everything about how we operate follows from that idea, from one synthesis partner per compound to the batch number printed on every vial.

Each compound has a written specification: sequence, nominal quantity, purity floor, appearance and counter-ion.

Synthesis

Manufactured by a GMP-compliant partner using solid-phase synthesis, purified by preparative HPLC and lyophilised into sealed 2 mL vials.

Independent testing

A third-party laboratory runs RP-HPLC purity and LC-MS identity on every batch. Selected batches add water content and endotoxin.

Release & publication

Batches that meet specification are released, the certificate is published to the COA Library and the batch number is printed on every vial label.

Cold storage & dispatch

Vials are held at -20°C in Melbourne and packed the day payment clears, with tracking emailed the moment Australia Post scans the parcel.
